Dec 1th (or when the lifts open) -- early-May (end of Japanese Golden Week).

• En-suite Queen room 12,500 yen yen (based on 2 person occupancy).
• Double room 11,000 yen (based on 2 person occupancy).
• Quad room shared is 4,000 yen per person.
• Winter Long-term stays: 80,000 yen per person/month. This is in a shared-room.

LODGE: LOW SEASON RATES

Early May (end of Golden Week) -- late Nov (or when the lifts start).

• En-suite Queen room 9,000 - 10,000 (based on 2 person occupancy).
• Double room 7,500 - 8,500 (based on 2 person occupancy).
• Quad room full 10,000 to 12,000 yen per room.
